We have a new sport in our house. Hockey! Sam has loved ice skating since the first time he tried it and was actually pretty good at it too. After learning that his cousins, Will and James, play hockey he decided that he wanted to follow in their footsteps (or ice skate grooves). He started out in a basic skating class then quickly moved up to a class specifically for hockey skating. His dad is really enjoying getting him his gear and Sam is having so much fun. A major plus side to this sport, no sitting out in the San Antonio heat!
Another soccer season has also come and gone. Audrey and Ben both played again. This season, Audrey's team was called the Green Cheetahs and they had an extra special assistant coach, Keith! He loved being involved with her team and Audrey was thrilled to have her Dad there as well. Ben's team was called the Grasshoppers which was actually the same name as Keith's team when he was little. They were an adorable team and were pretty good too! Ben and Audrey both scored goals during the season and had a lot of fun too.
