Joy overtook our home the night that our Christmas tree finally went up...
Sam and Audrey had been asking for days but they had to earn the privilege of putting up the tree. Night after night they went to bed disappointed because dinner time did not go smoothly so the Christmas tree had to wait.
We finally managed a well behaved dinner and up went the tree. They all couldn't have been happier! Ben had a great time playing with the beads and "tasting" any ornament that he could get his hands on. Sam and Audrey did a great job and were very careful to put the breakable ornaments up out of their little brother's reach.
Now, to see if the tree can remain upright for the entire Christmas season... Ben may have other plans. Wish us luck!
